tbh i drew this because i actually have hella mixed feelings about art trends and how they make me feel about my connection to the furry fandom and how art functions on social media platforms but it would be this insane long winded essay that i can’t express in one pic or bluesky post OOPS.

i think also there was definitely two types of discomfort: ”this makes me uncomfortable because it challenges a lot of assumptions that i grew up with” and “this seems genuinely wrong but i cant articulate why” and lot of people out there convincing each other that the 2nd one is the 1st one
