This is Grella/Grelmimyr, one of my favorite characters I've ever played in D&D she's a blue dragon in the guise of a half elven sorceress, when in this form she is Grella, in her dragon form she is Grelmimyr, I explored themes of neurodivergency and found family with her, she is my favorite.
