So, here’s a pedestrian island, in a crossing to a park with kids sports. Extremely well lit, a “road diet,” and prominent pedestrian signs on the island…both flattened. If a pedestrian was standing there in the most advanced design, they’d be dead. The problem is drivers

I'm only on this b/c of my Divvy membership,which predates @lyft, and is now more than 2x. Should the hold the @divvy contract when it’s actively lobbying against pay for their workers? And talking about "affordable transportation" when e-bikes more than TCP?

We know of “sneckdowns” and “desire lines” afforded by snow, but let’s add “danger lines” showing where “just a minute” (though this was at least an hour) drivers in the bike lanes.

"Innovation of the Month" is illuminating intersections with streetlights...instead of shaming pedestrians into wearing reflective vests, carrying flashlights, and making load noises, then blaming them for any crash?
