Looks like there were announced changes for Touch of Flame on Warlock for Solar and Fusion grenades. Their bonuses are doing 20-30% less than last season. Is this intended?

This is wack, armor masterworking boosting the lowest stats people aren’t trying to utilize makes no sense, on top of tier 2 exotic armor. I am not excited to try this update

Do you mean like solar panels or regenerative braking? Otherwise there is no feasible way to charge a car while driving.
