Semantics at play here: humanitarian law is not the same as international law. She’s not calling for accountability and she did nothing to change the Biden administration’s policy.

Means absolutely nothing without any action to prevent any more Palestinians being killed. She couldn’t even say that Israel has been killing Palestinian civilians.
