I think he skips story and just focuses on gameplay. When your favorite JRPG of all time is like Dragon Quest 1 which has the simplest of stories, I guess it kind of makes sense.

It's a little wild to say "Skip Sky 3rd" and also say, "Skip Cold Steel 1 & 3" because walking into Cold Steel 2 and 4 with no idea of what happened in the previous games is... well, it's something.

Yep, I can recall my first experience with that door vividly. Imagine not having that because some YouTuber said to skip Sky 3rd. I had to stop watching video game YT because a lot of it was getting to be too much. This reinforces my decision.

There's a door in Sky 3rd that's probably a helluva lot more mature in terms of content than what E33 has. I still can't go back and do that door, I have to skip it.

I don't think he likes any of the Falcom RPGs tbh. Which is fine, no one has to like everything but also maybe don't tell people to skip games
