You could never bore me, I love your work! Yeah, most of his life (whether under Giopara or Ferros) has been him being a (very shiny!) cog in the machine, and he's probably internalized it where it might manifest as him charging forward on his own (and getting a bit burned out in the process)

I feel like he has people (I'm thinking Axel and Rosa) in the forge who he's worked with long enough to trust them with a brace, but asking for a brace to be made for himself is another level of vulnerability. He might try to make it himself unless super incapacitated 👀
