Like the head admin isn't okaying art pieces until they have FLAT COLORS DONE basically like BRO. And then they keep critiquing the sketches and saying to change shit and it's like NO! DO NOT INTERFERE WITH THE ARTIST'S VISIONS WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU
