One last final note: The scene with Sephiroth and Cloud fighting was added in final mix, which is why its unvoiced as well, like all FM additions except for the cutscenes for unknown, which reuse lines from elsewhere in the game.

In final mix, instead of warping to attack he will instead do these moves on the spot and adds his fire pillar attack as a retaliation which will most likely result in you getting hit unless you use strike raid as soon as he retaliates.

So Sephiroth was actually buffed in final mix and is much harder as a result. After 7 total flinches or 4 flinches in one combo he will always retaliate. In international he always warps away before retaliating with his horizontal slash or his spin move in final phase.

Minor correction: ice titan was not in the original Japanese release, it was added in the international version. The only superboss in the original Japanese version was the phantom, which made ultima weapon kinda pointless.

Another use of slapshot is equipping one combo plus to get potentially 3 crits in one combo string which is pretty funny or guarantee getting 3 crits with wishing star which is even funnier.

There's a funny glitch in PS2 versions of kingdom hearts where there's some strange collision that lets Sora jump indefinitely in the homecoming version of destiny islands in end of the world. This was fixed in final mix.

Its worth noting the Japanese version of the ending has 2 notable differences, one being the ending song is "Hikari", the original version of simple and clean, and a line spoken by Kairi while the islands reform, she says "Yeah, Sora's feelings have reached me. I wont forget".

End of the world does such a good job of being this eerie unwelcoming place and the last rooms are perfect examples, with linked worlds being the last stand of the heartless and homecoming being a twisted nightmare of the first sights you see. It really is special.

So here's something fun with the Olympus Coliseum version of Leon, if you block his attacks while his blade is powered up you can knock him out of it and he has to power it up again.

The hardest part of the setup is just ether farming but Bambi can give you free ethers anyways and the game straight up gives you a free +2 MP accessory beforehand. you can mess up quite a bit and still get away with a kill or her on low health.
