You can always get some smaller ones yea :] there's just a ton of nerves in your tongue and lips and stuff so it's bound to hurt. A septum and a nostril piercing are alot more tame!! Nostril was probably my least painful piercing if you don't count my earlobe I'd say it's like a 2/3

You should!!! It'll definitely be uncomfortable for a week but it heals REALLY quickly (mine was fully healed within a month) and it's really pretty :D and a very silly stim toy I'm always messing with it

My vertical labret hurt worse that thing is like an 8 and also it's infected rn so it's uncomfortable as balls ....but also worth it she's so gorgeous I love it

It hurts like a bitch but when it's done the pain is almost immediately over, I can say that for all of my piercings. I'd say getting it pierced is like a 6 or 7/10 on the painscale. The HEALING however is quite rough 😭 your tongue swells like a balloon and you can't eat solids for like 5 days
