If you want more proof of why not to trust things to AI, I made a typo asking about sweet pea cutting and whether flower buds would open after cutting. Exactly the opposite answer from one typo in the question to my correction. #ai

My first try with glaze chips. It was fired hot, so some of the colour chips blistered, but I think all in all it was a success!

Salt pig and spoon! The spoon is one of the several I made & the pig is a modified mug form.

Bubble glazed plates turned out okay, but the bubble lines aren’t as crisp as I’d like. I’ll experiment to see how to improve. Maybe even work on making plates the same size 😅 #bubbleglazing #potteryglazing #functionalceramics #potterylove

Not sure what I think of this peacock glazed bowl. I think the final result is okay, but was hoping for Wow!

What do you think?

This wasn’t supposed to have a handle. The ultimate betrayal - my kiln stilt bent in the glaze fire and the platter tilted and melded with this wind chime piece underneath. #potteryfail

Trying a peacock glazing technique on this bowl. Pity I have limited colours to do this with. But then again, that prevents decision paralysis on that front at least. #ceramicglaze #potteryglazing #pottery
