I honor and am very grateful for the contributions of those African Americans that despite their history of enslavement, being segregated (marginalized), and discriminated against were still able to have empathy for others in their many contributions to the health and wellbeing of all. 💙🙏

As we enter this new “political pendulum swing” to the far right and allow oligarchs to dictate their dreams for America just REMEMBER that the “peasants” that left England , founded a FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY and NOT an oligarchy !

Differences allow opportunities to both give and receive “Grace”.
