Arguably. I've voted in every election since 1978 despite the fact that the fucking Electoral College throws my vote away and goes for the Republican candidate. But, since my vote DOES NOT COUNT, it's easy for me to understand why people don't feel their vote counts and don't vote.

It's the Electoral College. Most people don't vote because of the Electoral College.
I live in Kansas, so I know that my vote was going to go to Trump, regardless of who I voted for. I know several people who don't bother to vote for that exact reason. Why bother? My vote'll just go to the GOP.

When they quit sending discs, they let you keep the most recent ones you'd received. I'm thrilled to still own (gently) used DVDs of Mommie Dearest and Showgirls.
