I believe coeliac disease can cause issues with absorbing various nutrients… I.e. slower absorption meaning B12 from regular diet or “1 a day” tablets may not be enough as the nutrients pass too fast - might be worth trying regular low-ish dose supplements. BUT IM NOT A DOCTOR.
