This is purely for show and you're deluded if you think it makes a difference. Civilians have nowhere to go and they get massacred by Israeli air strikes every time.

Why would you even bother hoping that? They have never exercised restraint, they usually kill 50+ times more Palestinians for every Israeli death.

Gaza is blockaded, food supplies are kept to a minimum, travel documents are denied so that people can't even get essential healthcare or visit their family members
