Today is my daughter’s birthday. I took her out to eat, play games and bowl. She had a great day.

Made it to the hotel. My daughter has two appointments tomorrow and one Tuesday. I just ordered us dinner and now it’s time to relax after a five hour drive. The wind was insane today. Have a great night everyone.

I’m getting ready to take my daughter to Denver tomorrow for three doctor’s appointments. I come home Tuesday night and leave to Albuquerque a fifth appointment. I hope I have the energy for this.

First full day back doing Uber. I have had one ride so far and hopefully I will get more.

I wish someone could explain this to me. Uber website says my vehicle is eligible for xl. My vehicle is xl and priority eligible in every city in the state except mine. I can do Uber xl rides anywhere except where I live and it’s insane how that works.

I’m so thankful that today’s appointment went so well. Her foot looks great and she likes the boot. She isn’t able to walk yet but I’m confident she will get better soon. I am stopping by the PT office tomorrow to get her in as soon as possible. Have a wonderful evening.

The doctor was happy with the X-ray. Her foot looks so much better. Her big toe is still healing so she will have to wear a boot for another month. She is having a hard time walking because of the changes so she is going to have a lot of PT. We are now at the hotel resting.

The doctor came in and pulled the pins out. She came in and unsealed pliers and just yanked them out. My baby took it like a champ. She is the toughest person I know. They took her for X-rays and now we are waiting for them to put the boot on.

No one gives a shit about my daughter’s medical journey here. 13 years old with 16 surgeries and I’m so proud how far she’s come. I’m done sharing. On X I get at least some positive interactions. My awesome daughter can’t even get a like on here.

I’m getting my daughter ready and we will be leaving soon. Today we travel together to Children’s Hospital Colorado to get the metal rods taken out of her toes from her last surgery. She is also having her cast removed so no more crutches!
