I guess it gives me the ability to share NSFW art (whether mine or someone else's), but also that doesn't actually result in any benefit for me, and without an established tag, the people who might like it can't find it

We got back in touch and that's been really nice, though I still wish I had a place to meet more toy furs without being made uncomfortable

It's funny how the NES Advantage was pushed as being the high end professional option just for being similar to arcade controls, when I actually think it's less comfortable than a normal controller. Maybe it just takes some getting used to? It is cool to play Pac-Man C.E. with it though!

I've wondered before if it's even worth trying to find or establish a community for toy stuff where I can relate to people and they don't make me uncomfortable (a very big ask, unfortunately) - and I'm not sure, but finding individual people is definitely worth it and I want to do more of that.

For me it's very important that being a toy doesn't lead to me being treated as or seen as any less of a person, which contradicts how a lot of people like to do it. So maybe it's fun to intentionally emphasize it.

It's really alienating to be very passionate about something but seemingly in a completely different way than nearly everyone else out there, and just have all my attempts at attempting to find people to relate to just turn into reminders that I do not belong.

I give up; muting 100+ people and a bunch of tags isn't enough to clear out all the fetish photos, and the little bits of art I'm seeing here and there isn't really my thing, so it's not worth digging through.
Maybe rubber is another topic where barely anyone draws anything I like.
