It's weird to me that the GOP is having a hearing on 'a cover-up' of the mental decline of someone, when that someone is alive and speaks to press all the time. Wouldn't step one be: Determine if there is a mental decline? I mean, the man is no top-notch speaker, but senile?? That's stretching.
