imo there's a world of difference between circuit parties and other dance parties. Circuit music is repetitive, basic, and blunt, and the crowd that enjoy these events are often cold and cliquey. They're like the Tim Horton's of parties; if it's all you know, you don't know how good it is elsewhere.
