My go to is Neapolitan style with hand crushed San marzano tomatoes for sauce, basil with 1/2 Brie cheese and the other fresh mozzarella. For toppings, it’s pepperoni on the mozzarella side and speck or prosciutto on the Brie side. This was Mondays attempt. Also home made dough with poolish
