Quick question: what recourse would someone have if they were covered in the goo that turns you into a pooltoy and it turns out that they're not ASTM F963 compliant?

Asking for a friend.
In the top left corner, Generic Guy McDude is getting some tan-colored liquid latex poured on him. As he cries out in shock, his left hand has largely been covered, with all but the tips of his fingers having been subsumed by the latex. Below that is a panel after which some time has passed. He has been completely covered by the transformative goop, leaving him looking like a pooltoy version of Anna. All of his clothes are now painted on his skin, and his hands have been reduced to completely impractical inflated mitts that can barely grab on to anything. The way they bend and dimple upon themselves suggests that there's no physical body underneath anymore, and that he is entirely filled with air beneath the surface. Underneath his molded hair and painted on face, he struggles to find a way out, but has no luck doing so. 🎨 @klaraklao.bsky.social
