They rank 13th in the Premier League for open play xG this season across 15 games. Red cards and injuries aside they've only accumulated an open play xG over 1 in 3/15 games this season, which is extremely poor for a club with title aspirations.

That Ev stat is league only, but 3 tough games with only 5 fully fit defenders was always going to be a challenge. Think the run we went on between the games at the Emirates and St James have left us sitting well. Can afford to rest players in Europe, which no other English club can, bar Chelsea.

7 points out of 9 in that run and we're dreaming. Think people have to put context to it rather than current form. City at Anfield was never going to be easy, Newcastle already had 4/6 points against City and Arsenal and Everton have only lost twice against us in the last 12 years at Goodison.

A draw is by and large a fair result, we were never going to win every game. On a positive note we were so much better in the second half. Can’t count for the odd individual mistake and Kelleher has saved us a lot recently. I'll take a point on the road that Arsenal didn't get, still miles ahead.

Liverpool's only dropped points in relation to last season are Forest at Anfield which is -3. They have gained +1 against Arsenal away, +2 against Southampton (Luton Town last season as both teams came up in the playoffs) away and now +2 against City at Anfield. So I'm counting +2 points as well.

A reminder of how horribly toxic and depraved the other place has become in recent years. Logged on to see SilkySaliba praying it's an ACL, unfortunately full of children now and ragebait is what sells to the football fandom mobs. This place feels a lot healthier to talk football on.
