Really liked this fine essay from @stewartbrand.bsky.social that's about... well, the ostensible subject is Xerox's efforts to fix its super-complicated photocopy machines in the 1970s and 1980s, but it's really about a whole lot of other stuff, like how knowledge and skills are transmitted.
