Having a drone makes you want to ride somewhere the terrain makes it worth the overhead shots.
Takes some skill to learn to pilot the thing. I still struggle to get smooth camera movements. Here’s a shot from southern Kazakhstan a few weeks ago.

My low tech method is to wear a backpack and extend the Insta360 selfie stick out the top. As long as I don’t land on my head when I drop the bike, the camera is safe.
