Why does Roy M want to spend money developing this system, when they say that the number of letters is declining and the future is email or whatever is coming next with AI. There is already a useable track and trace system in operation, which incidently can't find the ink I ordered two weeks ago.

Or maybe 'Why Codes.' They apparently make each item of mail traceable, although the name, address and postcode on the envelope should help, and by scanning them we can send videos to each other. Rather like we already do with Whatsup, IG, FB, etc.

They probably have you down as a troublemaker. Every Soc member could reply using my name, then perhaps they would dtop the emails...and possibly go back to handwritten letters! (Sorry)
