How about a state-by-state redistricting initiative where each state pledges to use independent commissions but only if every other state complies. Something along the lines of the national popular vote initiative.

Tonight was not a win for the Democrats. It was a defeat of the status quo and business as usual. Dems better start showing results in 2 years and 4 years and beyond or they will get shellacked like the Reps did tonight. It’s not about winning elections, rather it’s about effecting real change.
