Learnt to make small lost-wax bronze castings and Benin-style cuttlefish castings from Sarah Richards and foundryman Kim Leyland in Lion’s River in KZN … and some silversmithing, jewellery design and cabochon stone setting and tension setting from the 4th students at the old Natal Technikon …
