In all my years, from 1973 till now, the UK has never been any good. The British don’t complain to be funny punchlines, oh how John Cleese ho ho ho. We whine because it sucks goat hole 24/7. Ireland has a ton of serious problems, but it isn’t literally shit all day long to be Irish.

I mean they’re doing a great job helping unify the left under Polanski’s Greens. I was concerned there might actually be a genuine split but…gosh. No not really.
