After we sued, the National Endowment for the Arts temporarily dropped its requirement forcing grant applicants to certify that they won’t promote “gender ideology.”

BREAKING: A federal court declined to issue a preliminary injunction against the National Endowment for the Arts despite saying the NEA likely violated the First Amendment for blocking funding for projects that promote "gender ideology."

We will continue to fight for the arts and free speech.
