The Regional Transportation Authority is the unit of local government charged with regional financial & budgetary oversight for CTA, Metra, and Pace.
The numbers reflect what riders have been telling us for years. In places where the Service Boards have increased frequency and reliability, ridership is up. With new investment in transit operations, improvements across our system will be transformational.
