Finally, we have some awesome freely-moving mouse work to share, including forays into auditory-guided inference and belief updating (Reeto Bhattacharya), and active sensorimotor strategies for sound localization (Rachel Cassidy)!

The lab is also starting to move in exciting new directions, with work on brain-wide top-down control of auditory cortex (Mikey Malina), and the role of corticostriatal dopaminergic signaling in learning (Christa Michel).

We've got several posters highlighting the wonders of excitatory diversity, from a sensory characterization (Madan Ghimire) and functional (Nathan Schneider) standpoint. We're also studying internal state modulation and how this modulation affects sensory decision making (Keith Kaufman).
