I wonder if part of the issue here is the lack of research? Alex Blower doing interesting work, as is Ulster Uni. There must be an easy to make argument about investing in research to investigate what works here?

I love a thorough list of titles. I object to being asked my title, so I choose the most spurious title on offer. It also makes getting junk mail more fun.
