I’m getting to the point where I may need to switch to barbell bench presses. Getting set with 80lbs/hand is really challenging for a #workout.

Just in case folks didn't see this email, wanted to share the news. TL;DR - Prime Gaming as a brand is retiring, but nothing of actual substance with relation to Twitch and Prime subscriptions will change.

While you will no longer see references to “Prime Gaming” on Twitch, the process of redeeming your free sub with Prime will not change. Prime members will also continue to enjoy the benefit of free PC games every month (that they can download and keep forever) wherever Amazon Prime is available as part of Luna Standard. A post from the other side related to viewbots on #Twitch. Know that the exact details of what's changing won't be shared (can't tip the hand to bad actors), but also know that the team responsible is always working to remove fake viewers, while preserving the counts for actual people.

Ultimately, metrics on Twitch should represent the real and growing communities that show up and participate on channels, so we regularly update detection tools and methods. We recently made changes that meaningfully improved our ability to identify viewbots, inauthentic viewership, and other potentially fake engagement. These changes will roll out over the next few weeks. So, if your channel was viewbotted, or if some of your viewers are artificial or inflated, you will see an impact to your channel’s viewcount. This also means that third party sites that publish unverified Twitch viewcounts are going to see changes to that data over time. We recognize that viewbotting can be out of the streamer’s control.
