Physical media is the best

Yeah unfortunately short of muting all of the words that might come up for what you don't want to see, I don't see any way to do that. It would be nice to turn off reposts for specific users.

Under settings>content and media, you can disable them from your following feed.

The German healthcare system is pretty great. An overnight stay in the hospital cost me basically nothing.
