Well that’s the big training run done - 20miles/33km. 🥵

Well, that’s 29km (18miles) ticked off and I think it went okay! Slow, steady and long!
Deload next week (huzzah!), then the big one… the 33km training run… then taper time…

Two fantastic festive films on Netflix.
Add Klaus to that and I think that’s a solid start to my traditional Xmas countdown watch.
What next?
Obviously trying to hold the classics until closer to the big day.
Home Alone and Muppet’s Christmas Carol remain the best in my opinion.
