A judge can also call for a case to be reheard en banc, even if parties don’t request it. It’s odd that CA didn’t file a motion requesting it- maybe time hasn’t lapsed for that.

It would be almost amusing how bad they are at actually doing their damn jobs, if they weren’t in the process of destroying the government and descending us into fascism. This has all just been performative rage cosplay, that has allowed them to get rich and famous off of this destruction.

That’s the entire factual basis in the affidavit? Wow. They are equal parts incompetent, arrogant, and contemptuous of even going through the motions of providing an adequate basis for prosecution.
