The march is crossing the Morrison bridge but as a person who is terrified of heights I think this is where I break away from the larger march. The parks all along the water front are still filled with protesters who also broke off.

And it looks like we are marching now.

It looks like the bridge, I think it's the Burnside also has a mass of protesters along it. One of the folks on the balcony just said that the mass of protesters goes down beyond the bridge but hasn't started moving yet.

Chants and cheers have started, I think we will be marching soon. Bluesky is being laggy as shit for me as well.

The park has started overflowing into the street and onto the opposite side of the street. Some protesters have started lining the adjacent parking garage balcony.

Portland always impresses me with its turn out but gods damn y'all.

Cops just informed the crowd that all the roads have been blocked so it's safe for marchers to enter the streets. We still have around 40 mins till the actual March is set to begin.

I have to piss like a race horse so I'm calling it for today. So far we have been marching for over an hour.

I would estimate at least 1500 are here.

Speakers have finished up and it looks like we are about to start to march. Crowd is pretty big, and includes a marching band.
