watched SWIPED. lightweight corpo-biopic about Whitney Wolfe's rise as an e-billionaire, dealing w/the misogynistic culture of the tech industry. at it's most interesting in it's darker moments but it's just too defanged & cliched for it's own good.

rewatching FIRST REFORMED & admiring the use of the 4:3 frame. when your eye's used to 16:9 it looks cramped at first, but then you notice how tall the frame really is, the difference vertical depth makes & how much more intimate it is at capturing people- from head to toe. #filmsky 📽️ #firstreformed
