Guess so, our two largest (Carlsberg and Royal Unibrew) have several different IPAs, all our microbrewers seem to have at least one. They're usually too fruity for me, I'm an old school dark-as-my-soul ale type of guy.

Yes, often. They are not quite ubiquitous, but they are around. The brewer is a US expat, if memory serves.
