We hope for everyone’s sake they get all the funding they need. It will surely get "appropriately allocated" by another one of Ilya’s buddies, like SDA’s Head of Special Operations Mikhail Biyun, who was recently busy partying in the UAE.

What does SDA’s future hold? We’re not sure. What we are sure about is that Ilya Gambashidze and his buddy Nikolay Tupikin (who you might know from Struktura) are off on new endeavors with their new entity, ANO Caspian-2030.

This lack of resources is also clearly visible on SDA’s site hub, RRN. All language sections have been abandoned except for English, German, and French.

Output has crashed: there are no more articles on weekends, and a daily reduction from 6–8 posts down to a mere 3.

Interestingly, abandoned sites like Candidat news still have active X accounts. The Italian AraldoItaliano is parked, but that admin clearly didn't do it for the money, but for the love of the game.

They live-tweeted soccer matches, even getting copyright struck. A true legend. We will miss you.

The shutdown happened in waves. The first wave occurred on and around October 30th.

The second wave started on November 15th and ended November 21st, specifically wiping out the Italian, Arabic, Polish, and US-targeted sites.

Their operational incompetence is remarkable. Basic infrastructure management, domain planning, and server stability are beyond their capabilities. Our table, is as always on rrn.world

Every migration and downtime period severely damages their search engine rankings. Google's algorithm punishes sites for instability, slow loading, and frequent outages. Even without takedowns, their constant infrastructure problems are destroying their organic reach

NotrePays migrated from .today to .fr domain, abandoning their previous web presence. The move eliminated existing search rankings and inbound links from their previous domain registration.

DETechplus was taken down last month and reappeared as DEITmag on .net. The .net domain remains empty while they completed their final migration to the .com version. Both domains are registered to the same operation.

Grüne Hummel went offline again after resuming operations post-takedown. The site had brief uptime before disappearing. This pattern of short-lived returns is becoming common across their network.

Some french sites appear online but aren't really functional. The connection between their servers and G-Core endpoints is unstable. Sites either error out completely or load normally. Technical issues are widespread across the network.

Social Design Agency hit multiple takedowns recently and Cloudflare started marking their sites as phishing. They switched to G-Core for hosting some of the sites that were previously on Cloudflare. The new setup has serious performance issues.

Here are some of the replies.

Example: This 9GAG bot run by SDA stole @Mat_Struwe's identity to spread disinformation through reply spam featuring political cartoons. Reference: 9gag.com/u/mat_struwe

Platform countermeasures: 9GAG has implemented measures to hide SDA bot content, which is largely working. However, comment bots remain an issue (though they're slowly being addressed).

We believe these are now all the final SDA media brands in operation, barring any additional changes. Like typos, or image-rebranding.
May 15, 2025 at 5:50 PM
We also attribute 2 new sites to their operations, dmzeitung.com and wahlomacht.io, which have been recently deployed but not been publicly attributed yet.

We suggest asking Timofey V, he is smart enough to move his money outside of Russia already to pay for this X Premium subscription.

Looking at the state of affairs, SDA most likely needs to launder money around again via Bitcoin or equivalent to pay for their services abroad. Most likely will ANO Dialog will help SDA in this again.
