So sad to see people who should know better view destroying an entire underwater eco-system to produce power as a success. All they are doing is trying to solve one environmental disaster by creating another. They should start by installing panels on buildings, over parking lots, etc. Not this.

I have run various non-profits, lobbied at the state and federal level and so long as humans are obsessed with money and power the fight will never end. Plus as far as I can see the political world has become so divided that common ground, let alone rational thought no longer exists.
