My jaw has been clenched so hard that I landed up clenching on my finger just to not give myself a headache from sheer force.

I do look freaking weird tho...
Just biting down on my myself like this to cope...

I did take a nap for a few hours already to make myself feel calmer tho-
I'm feeling slightly more calm and less panicky where I'd burst into tears on the spot.

I'm not feeling sunshine and rainbows type of joy but just calmer than before at least.
