Sometimes you're running a chase through a casino and the villain breaks a giant aquarium to add an obstacle and then you discover that one of your PCs can talk to fish and get a song worthy of Patti LuPone out of it.

Trying to come up with wording for prophecies that sound specific enough for players to think they understand fully but leave wiggle room an anaconda could fit through is tricky.

Sometimes you improvise a song and it slaps waaay harder than it needed to. This came out during warmups. Started with just the title, which was "Fine!" and then came to define the relationship between roommate characters, and we absolutely HAD to include it.

Sometimes you improvise a song and it slaps waaay harder than it needed to. This came out during warmups. Started with just the title, which was "Fine!" and then came to define the relationship between roommate characters, and we absolutely HAD to include it.

My show got it's 2,000th download this week. Seems both like a big and tiny number. More important than the numbers, the stories we tell and the music we make seem to be really *hitting* with the people who've listened so far. I'm honestly proud of what my team is making, which is kinda new for me.
