A beauty and the beast retelling with a very neat setting! I like the lore of the world! As petty as it sounds, I took a star off for the fact that there are many side couples but only mlm or mlf and it was distracting enough for me to notice. Otherwise delightful.

I have loved Swan Lake from the second I was born, so a lesbian retelling from the black swan's POV was made for me specifically.

Not much to report, I absolutely adore folklore and horror, but this book isn't folklore. Many of the stories struck a cord,being a teenager in a rural town trapped by grief was a familiar feeling. Will probably revisit some stories around Halloween
