My wife and I baked a scrumptious gluten-free banana cream pie for the π-Day celebration accompanying the #EuropaClipper Post-Launch Assessment Review (PLAR) today! Unfortunately, no Miracle Tickets available for the Grateful Dead honorees at the Kennedy Center tonight—not even a Kind Grilled Cheese in sight. But at least it’s lit appropriately for the Band Beyond Description!
