Os voy a explicar las diferencias del derecho de EEUU y el continental de la UE con las reviews de Fanta. Es un ejemplo entre la diferencia de regular ex ante la seguridad alimentaria y de los consumidores o hacerlo por la vía de las indemnizaciones ex post.

Os voy a explicar las diferencias del derecho de EEUU y el continental de la UE con las reviews de Fanta. Es un ejemplo entre la diferencia de regular ex ante la seguridad alimentaria y de los consumidores o hacerlo por la vía de las indemnizaciones ex post.
Ya está tardando una ley que obligue a indicar si el que se comunica contigo es un bot o un humano, o si algo lo escribe una IA o una persona.
