Still an unlawful arrest, and you know better. Article 2(4) of the UN, part of a treaty ratified by the US Senate is legally binding on the President per the US Constitution. This arrest violates that article. And, we both know that the 1989 OLC is garbage.

And, most of us have no way of proving citizenship other than through birth certificates that show we were born in the US. The goal of Trump and Miller is to give the government the power to question everyone's citizenship, not just the children of undocumented migrants.
