It would be nice if your chosen ticketing partner, Ticket sellers, were more interested in the ethos of your festival than sticking rigidly to their payment terms. Cancelling tickets, and keeping £100s of pounds because of a simple admin mistake is pretty low and leaves a very bad taste 🤬
