Have the time nor the patience to clean up after everyone like I used to. No truck tomorrow, for me, means setting most of my endcaps that are due by Saturday. And I'm off Halloween so, I have no choice but to do most tomorrow.

Work wise: FINALLY have a full team in my department, too bad half of them aren't working. The one I can count on is on the day side with me (or rather, works the days in our area when I'm not there). My night crew isn't completing the tasks fully. So it falls on the day side. And I just do not-

Btw, my younger two just got home and they have their pencil cases. Which were not clear.

I'm sorry for the rant. It's partially my fault for not knowing about the change. Having 3 kids, one in each building with different policies (minor differences) is a lot to keep up with. AGAIN, I GET IT. I understand. Valid and all that. But still... a pencil case? Really?

But these kids can't even be kids thanks to guns having more rights and more protections than CHILDREN. Children who should feel safe to go to school and learn and make friends. Instead, they have to go through metal detectors and have clear backpacks with no personality. Afraid their school is next

Bad enough even for the girls who have their periods will have to take their products to school in CLEAR BACKPACKS for all to see. They go through metal detectors. They have security checking their backpacks. If their lunchboxes don't have to be clear, why pencil cases?

Again, I get it. I do.
