If you have never made prints using tumeric, I am BEGGING you to try it. It’s chaos and beauty.
Two transparencies pinned on top of watercolor sheets saturated with a tumeric and alcohol solution. The sheets are pinned to cardboard boxes to keep them in place in the sunshine. One image is a painting of three crows by a bridge. The other image is of a kneeling woman smiling and on fire. The finished watercolor papers after a bath in baking soda and water. The bright yellow of tumeric turns a deep red.
